Guest Policy


RESERVATIONS - Require a Non-Refundable 100% Payment.  However, if the (pre-tax) amount due is over $500.00, you have the option of paying a 50% deposit (on a credit card); then during the month of August, that same credit card will automatically be billed the balance, including applicable sales tax.

DOG FEES - $10.00 Per Dog Per Night.

PAYMENTS/DEPOSITS - In the event of cancellation (for any reason), your payments/deposit(s) remain non-refundable; but may be applied to alternate reservation dates (based on availability/during that same hunting season), or may be redeemed for immediate Pro-Shop credit!  LEAVING EARLY AND/OR ARRIVING LATE DOES NOT RESULT IN A CREDIT OF ANY KIND. 

DAMAGE DEPOSIT - of $100.00 (Cash/Check) will be Held Until the Time of Departure, ONLY If There is No Credit Card on File!

EXCLUSIVE “PRIVATE LAND-ACCESS BULLETIN BOARD” is Reserved Only For Those Guests with Reservations.

BALANCES - Due Upon Check-In Registration, for any accompanied additional guests.                             

(All guests will be required to register individually.)

GROUP BALANCES … Are to be paid by one check or credit card, so as to be matched up by the initial deposit.  The group can divide up their portions between themselves.  No Exceptions!


  • No Parking on Grassed Areas.
  • Dogs Allowed . . . But Must Be Kept in Pet Carriers or Crates! (No dogs left in room(s) unattended.)

  • Any Property Damage Will Be Charged to the Credit Card of the Person Who Made the Reservation. (Dog Hair on Beds will Result in an Automatic $25.00 Cleaning Fee Charged to the Credit-Card on File!)

  • DOG WASTE … Please Limit to Designated Area(s) and Pick Up All Droppings with Provided Plastic Bags, and Deposit Into Adjacent Garbage Receptacles.
  • No Smoking, “Bird Cleaning” or Muddy Boots in the Building(s). Excessive Mud will Result in an x-tra Cleaning Fee!


    (Bird Cleaning Facilities Available at the Main “Convent” Building and thru Outside Local Services.)
