Deposits
- RESERVATIONS - Require a Non-Refundable 50% Deposit; and 100% after August 1st. (All Balances Must be Paid-In-Full by Sept. 1st of Each Calendar Year.)
· DEPOSITS - are Non-refundable; but May be Applied to Alternate Reservation Dates, or May be
Redeemed for Pro-Shop Credit!
· DAMAGE DEPOSIT – of $300.00 (Cash/Check) will be Held Until the Time of Departure, ONLY
If There is No Credit Card on File!
- Our “PrivateFee-HuntingList” is Reserved Only For Those Clients with Reservations and Deposits!
· BALANCES - Due Upon Check-In Registration, for any accompanied additional guests.
(All individual guests will be required to completely fill out their own separate registration forms,
making them eligible for future T.F.I. promotions and discounts!)
- GROUP BALANCES … Are to be paid by one check or credit card, so as to be matched up by the initial deposit. The group can divide up their portions between themselves. NO EXCEPTIONS!
General
· No Parking on Grassed Areas.
· Dogs Allowed . . . But Must Be Kept in Pet Carriers or Crates!
(No dogs left in room(s) unattended or alone.)
· Any Property Damage Will Be Charged to the Credit Card of the Person Who Made the Reservation.
· DOG WASTE … Please Limit to Designated Area(s) and Pick Up All Droppings with Provided Plastic
Bags, and Deposit Into Adjacent Garbage Receptacles.
· No Smoking, No “Bird Cleaning” and No Muddy Boots in the Building(s).
(Bird Cleaning Facilities Available.)
